This Sports Chair from College Sports Forecast is the ultimate spectator chair or outdoor patio chair. It's a lightweight, portable folding chair with a sturdy powder-coated aluminum frame that has an adjustable shoulder strap for easy carrying. If you prefer not to use the shoulder strap, the chair also has two sturdy webbing handles that come into view when the chair is folded. The extra-wide seat (19.5") is made of 600D polyester canvas for durability. The armrests are padded for optimal comfort. On the side of the chair is a polyester accessories panel that includes a variety of pockets to hold such items as your cell phone, sunglasses, magazines or a scorekeeper's pad. It also includes an insulated bottled beverage pouch and a zippered security pocket to keep valuables out of plain view. A convenient side table folds out to hold food or drinks (up to 10 lbs.). To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of College Sports Forecast, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). College Sports Forecast will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to College Sports Forecast. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to College Sports Forecast. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, College Sports Forecast Return Procedure will be breached and College Sports Forecast will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
College Sports Forecast will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, College Sports Forecast charges a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.
Products being returned for a refund, must be received by College Sports Forecast prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
